Lose Fat By Eating A Healthy Breakfast Every Morning

From as far back as I can remember, my mother pounded 2 things in my head that are still with me today.  They were to “always wear clean underwear” and “eat a healthy breakfast every morning”.  The first one doesn’t require anything more to be said.  But eating a healthy breakfast every morning is something alot of people just can’t understand how important this is or how easy it can be.

The most common excuse is there just isn’t enough time to have a healthy breakfast every morning.  So most people settle for a bowl of sugary cereal, a fast food drive through, or worse yet, they skip
breakfast all together.

Why is breakfast important?  You have to fuel your body every morning with a healthy meal.  If you wait until lunch time or a mid-morning snack, your metabolism starts to shut down, and you body now starts to automatically store fat for energy and starts to burn lean muscle mass just to keep going.  You need a healthy breakfast every morning to jump-start your metabolism.

Eating a healthy breakfast every morning doesn’t need to be a time consuming and elaborate process.  Including preparation time, you can make a healthy breakfast in less than 3 minutes.  This breakfast
consists of the following:

1. Quaker Instant Oatmeal Weight Control (Banana Bread flavor - Yum!)
2. One sliced medium size banana
3. Half cup of skim milk

Microwave a packet of oatmeal for 1 minute with 2/3 cup of water.  Slice up the banana, then add the skim milk.  In total, this delicious meal has only 314 calories, a whopping 12.2 grams of protein, and a measly 3.6 grams of fat.  Compare that to an Egg McMuffin or your favorite Starbuck’s coffee.

So, take a few minutes and do something good for yourself.  You will be amazed at how in just a few short weeks eating a healthy breakfast just like the one described above every morning, you will start to notice positive changes in your body.

    I am totally agree with you that complete breakfast helps to weight loss.Because it is simple in morning there are some acids inside which helps to absorb all calories and diet well.It also have one more benefit that no need for lunch so much.So it just really effective and good idea for weight loss.
