Get Rid Of Belly Fat Fast

We get rid of things quickly all the time: Garbage.  Clothes.  Old boy friends or old girl friends.  So why can’t we get rid of belly fat fast?  You can, as long as you use your head.  It is not as difficult as you might think, if you follow one simple rule.

Eat during the day and diet at night!  That’s just crazy enough to work.

Think about it.  Start your day with a big breakfast, then eat a normal lunch 3 to 4 hours later, a decent size snack (not junk food either!) about 4 hours after that, then a light dinner 4 hours after that.  If you stick with this routine, you will have approximately 4 hours or so with no food before going to bed.  Assuming you get your 8 hours of sleep, you will wake up energized and starving like mad!

Your hunger at this point is critical for 2 reasons, (1) you will certainly eat a big breakfast in the morning, and (2) it will help you sleep better.  Yes you will sleep like a baby because you have not eaten right before going to bed, so your body is not working to digest all that food.  Make sense?  If you don’t get a good nights sleep, you wake up tired and stressed.  This is not good because stress releases cortisol a hormone that causes you to store more belly fat.

Let’s summarize these 2 simple, yet important points.  Front-loading your calories (eating a big breakfast and reducing the size of your meals throughout the day) and not eating 4 hours before going to bed, thus getting a good nights sleep.  Does this sound like something you can do?  You bet!  You keep this up and this is a sure fire way to get rid of belly fat fast.

Remember, an empty stomach at night is a flat stomach in the morning.
